These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Teen Tutor, LLC’s (“Teen Tutor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, services, and courses. By accessing our site or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirements
Our courses are open to teens (ages 13+) and young adults.
Students under 18 require verified parental or guardian consent to enroll.
1.2 Geographic Limitations
Our services are available to users in the United States and, where applicable, international students in compliance with local laws.
2. Course Enrollment
2.1 Registration
To enroll in a course, you must complete the online booking process and provide accurate contact, payment, and consent information.
2.2 Minimum Class Size
Each course requires a minimum of 5 students. If this minimum is not met, we will issue a full refund or offer enrollment in the next available session.
2.3 Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Payment can be made in full or, where applicable, in two equal installments.
We process payments securely through our payment processor via GoHighLevel.
3. Pricing & Refund Policy
3.1 Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of registration will apply.
3.2 Refunds
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a full refund unless otherwise required by law.
If Teen Tutor cancels a course, a full refund will be issued.
4. Course Content & Access
4.1 Intellectual Property
All course materials, including text, images, videos, and resources, are the property of Teen Tutor or its instructors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
4.2 Access Limitations
Course access is granted only to enrolled students and may not be shared. Login credentials must be kept secure.
4.3 Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online classes.
5. Student Conduct
5.1 Code of Conduct
We expect all students to:
Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
Avoid disruptive behavior during class sessions.
Use course materials only for personal, educational purposes.
5.2 Grounds for Removal
Teen Tutor reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund if the student engages in harassment, academic dishonesty, or violates these Terms.
6. Communications
6.1 Email
By enrolling, you agree to receive transactional and service-related emails, such as class confirmations and updates.
6.2 SMS/Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Teen Tutor, including course reminders and marketing communications.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Tutor is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Interruptions or technical issues outside our control.
Actions or omissions of instructors or other students.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them and, where applicable, request a refund as per our policy.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teen Tutor, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
